By registering for or using PBallConnect, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.
PBallConnect is a player-matching platform for recreational pickleball. The service enables users to:
PBallConnect is a coordination platform only. We do not own, operate, or manage any pickleball courts, and we are not responsible for the condition of any playing facility or the conduct of any participant.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use PBallConnect. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
PBallConnect is available to individuals only. Businesses, organizations, or automated accounts may not register without prior written approval.
You must provide a valid email address to register. PBallConnect uses magic link authentication — we will send a sign-in link to your email when you log in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information in your profile and to update it as needed. Impersonation of another person is strictly prohibited.
You may not create more than one account per person. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or delete them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
PBallConnect facilitates communication between players but does not guarantee match availability, court access, or the participation of any specific player. Match organizers are solely responsible for reserving courts and communicating final arrangements to participants.
By accepting a match invitation, you commit to participating or to notifying the organizer as early as possible if you cannot attend. PBallConnect is not responsible for no-shows or last-minute cancellations by any party.
Pickleball is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By using PBallConnect to participate in matches, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with playing pickleball, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, muscle strains, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and injury from equipment or court conditions.
Your use of PBallConnect and participation in any match arranged through the platform is entirely at your own risk. You represent that you are in suitable physical condition to participate and that you have consulted a physician if you have any health concerns.
This assumption of risk is consistent with New Hampshire law governing recreational activity liability, including RSA 508:13.
By opting in to SMS, you consent to receive automated text messages from PBallConnect at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of registration or use of the service.
SMS messages may include match invites, waitlist notifications, time-sensitive alerts, and reminders. Your phone number will never be shared with other players.
To opt in, you must affirmatively check an unchecked opt-in box in the app. We will not send SMS to any user who has not explicitly opted in, and we will immediately honor all STOP requests.

PBallConnect and all content, features, and functionality of the service — including but not limited to the name, logo, app design, and underlying code — are owned by [OWNER NAME / LLC NAME] and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any profile content you create. By submitting content to PBallConnect, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content solely to operate and improve the service.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of PBallConnect without our prior written consent.
Your use of PBallConnect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using PBallConnect, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
PBallConnect is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [OWNER NAME / LLC NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of PBallConnect or participation in any match arranged through the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PBallConnect shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty dollars ($50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PBallConnect shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of PBallConnect after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
